8 Steps To Becoming Homeowner!

Step # 2 is Getting Pre-Approved. If you are planning to finance the purchase of your next house, you need to have your financial situation checked by an experienced mortgage consultant, one who will review your documentation and provide a pre-approval letter, or even better, a loan commitment letter. By the way, when we meet, we’ll guide you on the direction of our preferred local lenders to get you ready to start looking for houses.
Step # 3 is Searching for Homes. Once you are pre-approved, we’ll review your search criteria based on the pre-approval, we’ll schedule showings to houses that meet your needs and wants and are within your purchasing power.
Step # 4 is Making an Offer. Once you find a house that you would like to buy, we’ll review recent sales in the neighborhood and help you determine tentative loan scenarios for it. We’ll then help you prepare the offer with the price and terms of your choosing.
Step # 5 is Negotiation and Contract. Once we decide on the terms of the offer, we’ll skillfully help you negotiate with the sellers to reach the best agreement possible for you.
Step # 6 is In escrow or Under Contract. At this point the sellers already committed to sell the house to you and you committed to buying it from them, as long as, after doing your due diligence, everything looks good, and yes, you guessed it right, we’ll be there with you every step.
Step #7 is Reviewing Final details. After all contingencies are clear, you will have an opportunity to review the final numbers of the transaction to avoid any surprises. And finally,
Step # 8 is Closing or Celebration. This is the day in which you become a homeowner. You will sign a lot of documents, get the keys of your house and celebrate!
