With more than 80% of our business coming from referrals of people who know us, trust us and have worked with us in the past, your introductions to new clients are very important to us and that’s why we decided to create a way to give back in a more meaningful way.
How does it work?
For every introduction we receive from you, you will be subscribed to our GarciaSHomeS Rewards Program for 6 months! Send us 2 introductions, and you will get 1 YEAR in our program! 3 introductions = 1.5 Years, 4 introductions = 2 years, etc.
We define an "Introduction" as sending us the contact information of someone that is looking to BUY or SELL a home in the next 6-12 months.
While we are always grateful for when you send someone our information, more often than not, we never hear from them. By sending their contact information to us, it avoids the possibility that they may lose our info, or just get too busy and forget. Let US do the work! We are NOT pushy, and our only goal is to add VALUE to someone that may benefit from being introduce to us.
GarciaSHomeS Rewards Program includes:
